01. Terms of Sale

You automatically accept the following terms when you purchase a script from our Tebex store (Nova Development Store). When using this site, you are purchasing from Tebex Limited and NOT directly from Nova Development. Tebex Limited has the exclusive license to sell Nova Development products.

All digital software and other digital items provided by Tebex Limited are licensed, not sold. The license we sell you grants you limited rights to consume and make use of the software and other digital items personally, and only against the account that was originally used to make the purchase.

Prohibited Actions:

→ Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the scripts in any way.
→ Share the source with unauthorized third parties or upload to public domains.
→ Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the software.
→ Deploy across unauthorized multiple servers without volume licensing.

CRITICAL: Violating these terms will result in immediate license revocation and potential Cfx.re account action. We actively monitor for unauthorized distribution.

02. License Agreement

By purchasing from Nova Development, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the script on a single FiveM server environment.

Asset Encryption & Customization

Every script is encrypted by FiveM via the Asset Escrow system to protect our proprietary infrastructure. However, we ensure there is a lot of non-encrypted customization available in every script, providing extensive configuration files, UI access, and open client/server events to adapt the systems to your specific framework needs.

Permitted Use: Installation, configuration adjustments via provided config files, and deployment on the authorized server. Includes access to subsequent infrastructure updates.

Prohibited Use: Deployment for malicious purposes, circumventing asset escrow protections, or claiming authorship of the codebase.

03. Tebex Terms

Our checkout infrastructure is operated by Tebex Limited. By purchasing, you agree to the Tebex Checkout T&Cs and Privacy Policy.

Nova Development retains zero access to sensitive payment data. All transactions are PCI DSS compliant through Tebex.

04. Refund Policy

3-Day Integrity Guarantee

While Tebex handles refunds, Nova Development authorizes a 3-day window for returns if the software fails to meet technical specifications. This is provided as a gesture of goodwill.

Denial Conditions: Refunds are strictly denied for: transferred assets, inability to verify identity, accidental purchases without prior contact, refusal of support assistance, or cryptocurrency transactions.

05. Support Protocol

Engineering support is executed via Discord. The system automatically provisions the "Customer" clearance level upon authentication.

Zero Tolerance: Disrespectful behavior towards engineering staff will result in immediate support blackout and potential server ban.

06. Intellectual Property

All codebase, architecture, and documentation are proprietary assets of Nova Development. Derivative works do not grant redistribution rights.
