01. Terms of Sale

You automatically accept the following terms when you purchase a script from our Tebex store (Nova Development Store). When using this site, you are purchasing from Tebex Limited and NOT directly from Nova Development. Tebex Limited has the exclusive license to sell Nova Development products.

All digital software and other digital items provided by Tebex Limited are licensed, not sold. The license we sell you grants you limited rights to consume and make use of the software and other digital items personally, and only against the account that was originally used to make the purchase.

Prohibited Actions:

→ Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the scripts in any way.
→ Share the source with unauthorized third parties or upload to public domains.
→ Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the software.
→ Use the script on multiple servers without the correct license.

Important: Breaking these terms may result in license removal and possible Cfx.re account action. We monitor for unauthorized sharing.

02. License Agreement

By purchasing from Nova Development, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the script on a single FiveM server environment.

Asset Encryption & Customization

Every script is protected through FiveM Asset Escrow. You still get editable configuration files, UI access, and open client/server events to adapt the script to your server.

Permitted Use: Installation, configuration changes through provided files, and use on the licensed server. Updates are included.

Prohibited Use: Using scripts for malicious purposes, bypassing Asset Escrow protection, or claiming the code as your own.

03. Tebex Terms

Checkout is handled by Tebex Limited. By purchasing, you agree to the Tebex Checkout T&Cs and Privacy Policy.

Nova Development does not receive or store your sensitive payment details. Payments are handled securely by Tebex.

04. Refund Policy

3-Day Integrity Guarantee

Tebex handles refunds. Nova Development allows a 3-day refund window if the script does not work as described and support cannot resolve the issue.

Refunds may be denied for: transferred licenses, unverifiable accounts, accidental purchases without contacting support, refusal to let us help, or cryptocurrency transactions.

05. Support

Support is provided through Discord. After purchase, we can verify your order and help with setup or issues.

Respectful support: Abusive behavior toward staff may result in loss of support access or a Discord ban.

06. Intellectual Property

All codebase, architecture, and documentation are proprietary assets of Nova Development. Derivative works do not grant redistribution rights.
